A pretty Shopify theme is not a store. If collection pages are slow, variants are confusing, or Telr/PayTabs never got finished, you paid for a catalogue, not a sales channel. I design, build, and harden Shopify (and WooCommerce when WordPress is the better home) so the buying journey is obvious on a phone.
Shopify work I take on
- Custom Liquid themes from Figma — layout, merchandising, and brand, not a preset with a colour swap.
- Product filtering, variants, and collection UX for real catalogues, including kids and fashion ranges.
- Payments: Stripe, PayPal, Telr, PayTabs. UAE checkout is not the same as a US-only store.
- Speed and Core Web Vitals. I have taken Lighthouse scores from the 60s to 90+ on commerce builds.
- Ongoing listing, promotion, and campaign support after launch if you want a retainer, not a disappearing developer.
Shopify or WooCommerce?
Shopify wins when you want hosted commerce, apps, and a clean merchant admin. WooCommerce wins when the rest of the site is already WordPress and content/SEO pages matter as much as SKUs. I build both. See WordPress development if you are unsure. Founders starting from zero can start on the startup website page.
Live commerce
Kaizer Leather Dubai — WooCommerce rebuilt for a luxury goods brand: product presentation, checkout, and page speed. Philips Avent Pakistan — localised e-commerce structure and mobile buying journey. Read those case studies, then look at the work index.
FAQ
Do you only do Shopify, or Magento and OpenCart too?
Shopify and WooCommerce are the default. Magento and OpenCart are available when you are already on those platforms and need a rebuild or rescue.
Can you connect Shopify to a CRM?
Yes. Orders and leads can flow into GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Zoho so abandoned checkouts and wholesale enquiries are not lost.
How many products do you upload?
The store package on the homepage covers up to 50 products configured. Larger catalogues are scoped in the proposal.
