Problem
Construction workforce management is unforgiving: attendance, identity, and money have to line up or someone does not get paid. Spreadsheets do not scale across sites and crews.
What I did
- Data capture flows for labour on site, designed for speed, not desktop-only admin.
- Worker verification so the roster is a system of record, not a forwarded Excel file.
- Financial integration so payouts follow verified work instead of a monthly reconciliation panic.
Outcome
The platform is live at Bettamint. This is product engineering, not a five-page brochure, relevant if your startup is an operations tool, not a brochure site.
