Problem
JPI Realty is a Dubai real estate firm. Before this project they had no website of their own. Listings lived on portals such as Dubizzle and Property Finder, so buyers never landed on a site the firm controlled. They needed a clear place to show properties, and a backend that could handle day-to-day property management without a heavy plugin stack.
What I did
- They found me on LinkedIn. After the brief, I proposed a simple, user-friendly site with a strong backend focused on property management.
- Designed the site; the client approved the design on the first round.
- Built on WordPress with fully custom code and no plugins, so the site stayed lightweight and SEO-friendly.
- Added custom backend SEO features alongside the property-management tools they needed to run listings themselves.
Outcome
JPI Realty now has its own live site at jpirealty.com, instead of relying only on portal listings. The design they approved first round is what shipped, on a custom WordPress build meant to stay light and workable for SEO.
