Problem
Humanitarian organisations live on trust. A slow site, vague programmes, or a donation flow that feels like a scam quiz kills gifts. The client is UK-based; I delivered fully remote from Dubai, proof that timezone is not a blocker when updates are scheduled.
What I did
- Mission and programme pages written and structured for scanners (donors do not read annual reports on a phone).
- Donation path with unnecessary fields removed.
- Remote working rhythm: staging reviews, written milestones, handover.
Outcome
A live UK charity site. If you are a founder in London or the US wondering whether a Dubai-based developer can ship, this is the answer. More on startup / small-org websites and WordPress.
