Problem
Agencies do not want noise. Businesses do not want a directory with no outcome. The product needed a path from need → match → enquiry that both sides could trust.
What I did
- Matching interface between clients and verified agencies.
- Lead flow so an enquiry is a structured object (service, budget signals, contact) rather than a free-text blob.
- Enquiry management for the team operating the marketplace.
Outcome
The platform is live and processing client requests. This is the same class of problem as GoHighLevel setup: capture, route, follow up, except here it is native to the product.
